"I brought my 1 year old son, Niall, in because he was in a constant state of reaction, even with a lot of medication. Constant hives, 2 episodes of anaphylaxis. I tried traditional allergy medicines, then an elimination diet. The elimination diet helped but he could only eat rice with fruit and vegetables and then became sensitive to rice.
